I've Googled this also and have found a few references to work with the same title but not the same illustration. As for the artist himself? I have found nothing. If anyone has any information regarding this lithograph, or the artist himself, I would greatly appreciate you contacting me.
However, I did contact (March 04. 2008) a gallery in Massachusetts and sent to them a high resolution photograph of this lithograph. Their evaluation as to it's worth was a minimum of a few hundred dollars.
Once again, this lithograph has never been displayed or framed. Measures 24in x 20-3/4in
