      The Postal Commemorative Society World of Stamps was a series available only to members. The size of each issue was strictly limited to provide one, and only one, copy for each member at the time of issue. New issues were made at the rate of approximately one every three months.

      Each decorative “placement guide” (frame) measures 11" x 14" and is designed to proudly display and properly mount the stamps in that series. Each “World of Stamps” issue comes already matted for beautiful easy framing.

      No issue offered here has ever been mounted. Stamps were loosely placed in the frame for these recent photos, and for for the very first time. No stamp is permanently affixed.

      I apologize for the detail pages and the terrible color rendering. I'm not a professional photographer and the photos you'll see do not do these wonderful works of art justice. For example... each matt frame is actually a crisp, bright white.
