These coins can be found in the 2007 STANDARD CATALOG OF WORLD COINS 34^th EDITION catalog by Chester L Krause and Clifford Mishler.

      If you look closesly at this series of coins you'll notice it is actually “Liberty” wearing an Indian Headdress, and not an actual Indian. The 1859, or first year of issue featured a Laurel Wreath on the reverse, but was changed to the Oak wreath and shield the same year. Issues from 1859 into 1960 show a pointed bust. Issues from late 1860through 1864 have a more rounded bust. The last year of issue was 1909. Prior to the issuance of the nickel these coins were known as “Nickels” or “Nicks”.
