This is an 1803 Draped Bust Dollar. It has the "Heraldic Eagle" reverse. Based on Whitman's Guidebook "Photograde", it should grade Very Fine (VF-20) or better as two-thirds of the hair detail does show and three-quarters of the feathers on the reverse show.

This is a very rare date, if you were to add together all the varieties of the 1803, of which there were 5 with the small 3, and one with the large 3, only 85,634 pieces were ever minted. The actual number that remain in existence is unknown.
